Many employers offer an EAP benefit that typically provides limited counseling and/or therapy sessions. To identify if you have access to these benefits, please reach out to your employer's Human Resource Department to inquire about services. We participate in most EAP programs.

When contacting EAP or Military Onesource
Request to receive services from Mindy Eglivitch. We typically receive referrals from most EAPs & MOS on the same day of the referral request. Once we receive your referral, we will reach out to schedule your first appointment within 24 business hours.
